Great spot for an early morning flight—clean, convenient, and good value. Just be careful with booking: if you use a third-party website, they won't honor the 'Kids Stay Free' deal and you might get charged extra. Aside from that, it did the job perfectly for a quick airport stopover.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, using it as our home base for daily trips to Banff. The location was absolutely perfect for this, with incredibly easy access to the highway, which made our mornings a breeze. We also never had an issue with parking; there was always plenty of space available. The staff truly made our visit special. Every single person we interacted with, from the day shift to the night shift, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team who kept our room perfectly clean and tidy. It was such a pleasure to return to a fresh, welcoming space after a long day of hiking, and they were happy to help with the few requests we had. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. It had everything you could ask for and more—pancakes, French toast, bacon, sausage, a variety of eggs, fresh fruit, and pastries. It was the perfect way to fuel up for our adventures. Our only issue was with the air conditioning unit in the room. While the room itself was spotless, the AC was quite loud. Because of the noise, we opted not to run it overnight, which meant the room could get a little warm. We tried to work around it by running the AC while we were out during the day to cool the room down for the evening. Despite the noisy AC, we would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. The incredible staff, wonderful breakfast, and convenient location more than made up for that one small inconvenience

I have so many good things to say. I messed up in more ways than one, and without even hesitating the amazing individual at the front desk had me taken care of before I could blink. Room booked and keys in hand. I couldn't be more appreciative. After an 8 hour drive, it was really amazing to have someone else do all of the thinking, my brain was clearly toast! My room is very clean and all of the staff have been incredibly friendly. Thank you all!

We stayed at this hotel for a Christmas party held in their conference hall and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were helpful, attentive, and did their best to support our large group. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast service stood out, feeling more like a special restaurant than a typical hotel meal. Overall, it is a well-run hotel and a great choice for group events.

Stayed overnight on our way home. Room was nice and comfortable denny's near.So we could have a bite to eat.Shuttle was a little bit further from the airport than we'd like, but nothing stopping us from coming back.

I have been meeting people in the parking lot of this hotel for a couple decades here and there, but I've never stayed at this particular holiday inn. So far this is the best experience I've ever had at a Holiday Inn I was checked in quickly and effectively by Miss Pin... absolutely charming When I made the book in here I didn't realize they had a restaurant in the hotel, I didn't expect much, I was greatly surprised. The food was excellent and my server Jerica was absolutely all over it. I had special needs tonight because I've been nursing a sore throat, she made sure that before I left I was prepared to nurse that this evening on my own. Wonderful And then when you're expecting something to go wrong, usually the most expected thing is the hot tub right? The hot tub was hot and clean and very comfortable Thank you IHG!

My Husband and I, Stayed at Holiday Inn Calgary for one night. Check-in was smooth and quick, front desk was on point. Room was clean and comfy. Hotel is a bit far from the airport, but the free shuttle totally makes up for it, so no stress there. Ate at the restaurant Friday night and came back a second time just for drinks. Shoutout to the young brunette server super sweet, always checking on us, really made our dining experience great. Same with the young blonde girl, both were awesome. Second time at the bar, the brunette server was still great, kept the drinks coming. Answer all the questions that we have for drinks as-well. But there was a male server Christian who honestly seemed checked out — glued to his phone, barely acknowledged us, even sitting next to us at the bar. I asked if he was on break and he said no. Kinda awkward, especially since the girls were clearly hustling and doing a solid job. Overall, good stay, clean rooms, great shuttle service, and some standout staff. Just wish everyone had the same level of energy.

Overall, I am happy with my one night stay. Service was friendly, room was spacious and clean. Shower had good water pressure and overall satisfying to use. The elevator was not working the entire time we stayed so we had to use the stairs. The teabags in my room were clearly not changed for a very long time as they were mouldy, so this is my only complaint.
